“Tat-chan…Tat-chan…Tatsuya Ouji-sama…Where are you?” Tomoyo calls for Tatsuya with a singsong voice. Tomohisa just sighs behind his sister.  “Remind me again Tomo, how old are you?” Tomohisa asks.

“Why brother dear, I am the same age as you are of course.  After all we just celebrate our 523^rd birthday 3 month ago. Or have you forgotten about that. Hmm, maybe your old age is catching up to you, Pi.” Tomoyo says with a smirk. Kazuya chuckles when he hears Tomoyo. Tomohisa just glares at both his sister and his lover.

“You’re supposes to be on my side, Kazu, not laughing at my misfortune. You’re my boyfriend.” Tomohisa says, a bit whining.

“Sorry..sorry… I just find it funny that your sister manages to get you back although you’re the one who started it.” Kazuya says, laughing a bit. “Look guys, why don’t we split up and search for him. Tomo, you go to the library. Pi, you take the training room and I’m going to his study room. Those three places are the only place we haven’t look at yet, right. Then, we met again here in 30 minutes. Whoever doesn’t show up, that’s mean Tat-chan is there too. Agree?” Kazuya suggests. The siblings nod their head, agreeing with Kazuya’s plan.

Tatsuya head is buried under a thick book. On the table around him are full with books, old tombs and scrolls, parchments and old texts.

“Tatsuya Ouji-sama, so this is where you’re hiding. Me, Pi and Kazu has been searching for you all morning.” Tomoyo says when she finally found Tatsuya in the library. Tatsuya looks up from his book and gives Tomoyo a glare.

“Don’t call me that. You remind me of that creepy Marina girl.” Tatsuya says before continuing with his reading.

“Whoa, what’s with all this things doing here? I never thought you’d be interested in curses and prophecies. What happen to the Tatsuya that swore never to open another book ever again?” Tomoyo exclaims, quite interested in the change of Tatsuya.

“Nothing, I’m just interested in the curses after I stumbled this text the other day.” Tatsuya lies but of course since they had known each other for a very long time, Tomoyo always knew when Tatsuya is lying.

“Stop lying Tat-chan. I know something must have happen. You never have any interest on curses before, so it’s unlikely for you to take a sudden interest on it. Tell me Tatsuya, what really happened?”  Tomoyo says, rolling her eyes.

Knowing that he can’t escape his best friend, he decides to tell the truth. Tatsuya tells Tomoyo about the curse, the content of the curse and also the possibility that Ryo might be his soul mate.

“So, you were saying that you actually being curse before and never told anyone about it?” Tatsuya nods at Tomoyo’s question.

“WHY THE HELL YOU NEVER TOLD ME ABOUT IT BEFORE?” Tomoyo’s voice thundered. Tatsuya almost cowered. ALMOST being the key word. Tatsuya glares slightly at Tomoyo.

“Because I know what your reaction would be and I don’t want to worry you or Pi or Kazu. And if I told you about it at that time, I know you will hunt that gypsy. I know how reckless you are and I don’t want you to be curse too.” Tatsuya reasons out.

“I don’t care. You should have told us about it. Maybe then we can get that gypsy to un-curse you.” Tomoyo says, still not satisfies. Tatsuya just rolls his eyes.

“You can’t get un-curse, as you put it. Once you get cursed, there’s no taking it back. I read it in this text. Here, why don’t you read it yourself?” Tatsuya shoves the book at Tomoyo. Tomoyo takes it and read that particular text.

“Ok, so what should we do now?” Tomoyo asks after she finishes reading it. “Well, why don’t you help me interpret this curse? Somehow I get the feeling it’s going to come true, and if that happens, I want to be ready to face it.” Tatsuya says.

Tomoyo agrees and they begin discussing about the content of the curse. Just as they about to go deeper into the curse, suddenly Tomohisa and Kazuya enter the library.

“So, this is where you were hiding, cousin? Never thought you’re coming in here ever again since your punishment because of getting caught by the women tribe.” Kazuya says, smirking. Tatsuya just glares at his cousin because he really doesn’t like to be reminded about his punishment.

“Wow, there are so many books and old parchment here. What are these for?” Tomohisa asks. Tomoyo opens her mouth to tell her brother about the curse, but before she could, Tatsuya already cut her.

“Well, I just suddenly interested in curses and premonition lately. You know human these days doesn’t believe in them and I just wanted to know just how many of it that actually comes true.” Tatsuya explains. Tomoyo looks slightly annoys with Tatsuya but since Tatsuya already say it like that, it means that he doesn’t want Kazuya and Tomohisa to know about the curse. So Tomoyo choose to remain silent.

“So, you want us to help?” Kazuya asks. Tatsuya just shakes his head. “There’s no need. I almost finish with it.” Tatsuya answers. “Let’s get out of here.  I think I have enough of it for the week. So, Tomo said that all of you were searching for me. So, what’s up?” Tatsuya continues. Kazuya sling his hand around Tatsuya’s shoulder, “Well cousin, we actually want to….”

Ryo is walking home from work. Usually he rides a car but since his car broke down a day before, he had to take the public transportation. So, now he is walking alone in a dark alley. Suddenly he hears steps behind him. At first he choose to ignore it, thinking maybe that is another citizens that walking home too. But then, he hears them talking and it’s creeping him out. Well, it’s not supposes to be creepy if those men doesn’t talk about him. And without notice, he’s cornered by those 5 men.

“What do you want from me?” Ryo exclaims. “What we want from you? We want to kill you of course, vampire.” The tallest of the five says to him. Ryo look at them incredulously. “Vampire?? What are you talking about? There’s no such thing as a vampire.” Ryo says.

“Stop lying. We know who you really are. We’ve got information about you. We know you are the vampire. And we here to kill you.” Say the man again, who apparently the leader of the five. And then the five of them take charge on him. Luckily Ryo learns martial arts when he was a child, but still five persons against one, Ryo could only defense himself for a short time. Finally, he closes his eyes to take the final blow but it never come. When he opens his eyes, he sees two people, a man and a woman fighting with his attacker. And he just couldn’t think straight. And the last thing he’s hear is the woman saying, “Let’s get him to the safety. I know just the place.”
